Lorna Ibidun Betty Adekaiyaoja (nee Ademokun) is the Chief Executive Officer of LornaMarie Publications & TRL, UK.  Since becoming a recruitment specialist Lorna has written and spoken on Corporate governance and Service delivery Internationally.

Lorna Adekaiyaoja was born in London and returned to her native Nigeria where she completed her advanced level education in the city of Lagos.  A trained lawyer and legal researcher. She completed her Bachelor of Honours degree in Law - LL.B (Hons) in 1989 at the University of Lagos. Admitted and called to Bar and Enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She has worked in the Corporate Sector with deep affinity for- Human Resource Management, Legal Information Research, Speech writing and Company Secretarial practice for many reputable companies.

With her very deep passion and interest in Legal information research she became qualified as a Chartered member of the Institute of Library and Information Professionals United Kingdom in 2004.  Lorna is a prolific author, she is the Author of the following books
